Our products
Danny Dollar Tea and Sweets
Our main product is deep steamed tea and black tea made by Chagusaba Farming Method in Higashiyama.
During the cold season, you can enjoy hot tea by wrapping your hands around the bowl. During the summer time, cold brewed tea would make you feel fresh and cool.
Even with the same tea leaves, the taste will be different depending on the brewing temperature.
Enjoy it with your favorite flavor and sweets.

Tea
The characteristic of Kakegawa Higashiyama tea is “deep steamed”. The steaming process, which is the first stage of tea production, is 2-3 times longer than normal sencha.
By doing so, the bitterness is suppressed, and became beautiful green colored tea.
Flavored teas using tea leaves from Fukuroi are also scheduled to be manufactured in the future.

We have prepared butter sandwiches, baked donuts, and biscotti which could be a good gift for coffee and wine lovers, too.
